CDS Range Machine Installed with Full UKCA Compliance

We’re pleased to announce the successful installation of another CNC Dynamics CDS series router for one of our long-standing customers. This latest installation saw the replacement of an original CNC machine supplied in the 1990s—one that we previously refurbished in the late 2000s. After decades of reliable use, the customer has now upgraded to a new CDS model, offering enhanced performance, improved reliability, and full safety compliance.

As with all our installations, this project was delivered with safety as a priority. We installed protective fencing on three sides of the machine, along with a front-mounted light curtain to ensure safe access during operation. These measures bring the system fully in line with UKCA safety requirements.
