FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our CNC FAQ section answers the most common questions about CNC routers, CNC Dynamics machines and CNC support services. Whether you’re investing in a new machine or looking to improve production, our expert team shares practical advice based on real-world experience.

CNC Dynamics is a range of industrial CNC routers engineered, manufactured and supplied by CNC Support Ltd — a UK-based specialist in CNC machinery, servicing and technical support.

Founded in 1997 and based in Lancashire, CNC Support Ltd brings over 130 years of combined engineering experience, supporting manufacturers across the UK with machine installation, servicing, spindle repair and ongoing technical support.

The CNC Dynamics range has been developed using this real-world engineering knowledge – resulting in machines that are built for production, reliability and long-term performance.

Unlike many CNC suppliers, CNC Support Ltd provides full in-house support alongside machine supply, including:

  • CNC installation and operator training
  • Preventative maintenance and servicing
  • Breakdown diagnostics and repair
  • Spindle repair and replacement
  • Ongoing technical support

This integrated approach ensures that CNC Dynamics machines are not only engineered to perform, but fully supported throughout their working life.

CNC Support Ltd – Your CNC Partner for Life.

While many CNC routers may appear similar on paper, the true cost of a machine goes far beyond the initial quote. Programming time, material waste, reliability and downtime all have a direct impact on your productivity and profitability.

CNC Dynamics machines are engineered by experience to remove those problem — delivering consistent performance in real production environments, not just on specification sheets.

Here are just a few reasons why CNC Dynamics routers are the best on the market:

Built for Efficiency – Not Just Specification
Every CNC Dynamics machine is designed with production in mind — reducing setup time, minimising waste and improving repeatability. The result is a machine that supports your business day-to-day, not one that looks good on paper but struggles in practice.

Heavy-Duty Industrial Build
Unlike lightweight machines, CNC Dynamics routers are built on stress-relieved, heavy-duty welded steel frames. This provides exceptional rigidity, reduced vibration and long-term accuracy – even under continuous production workloads.

Proven, World-Class Components
We only use trusted, industry-leading components such as Italian HSD spindles. This ensures reliability, performance and confidence in demanding applications.

Advanced, Production-Focused Control Systems
Our high-performance SYNTEC control systems are designed to handle complex machining with ease. Seamless integration with Alphacam and other leading CAD/CAM platforms reduces programming time, minimises errors and improves workflow efficiency.

Premium Performance Without Inflated Costs
CNC Dynamics machines utilise the same high-quality components found in leading global brands, but without the unnecessary cost premium. This delivers exceptional value without compromising on performance or build quality.

CNC Dynamics machines are engineered and supplied by CNC Support Ltd in the UK. Built using proven industrial components and real-world engineering expertise, they are designed for reliability, accuracy and long-term production use.

Installation times vary depending on machine size and specification. Standard machines are typically installed within a few days, while larger or bespoke systems may take longer due to assembly and commissioning requirements.

Thanks to our large team of UK-wide engineers and reliable haulage company, CNC  Dynamics deliveries and installations are always a smooth, seamless and quick process.

All CNC Dynamics routers require a suitable electrical and air supply to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Electrical Supply
A 3-phase power supply (415V, earth and neutral) is required and must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with UK regulations.

Air Supply
A clean, dry compressed air supply of 90+ PSI (approximately 7 bar) is required for correct machine operation. The exact connection point may vary depending on the machine model and configuration. Our team will be able to advise further on your specific purchase.

These requirements are standard across the CNC Dynamics range, ensuring consistent performance across all machine sizes and specifications.

If you are unsure about your current setup or need guidance prior to installation, our team is always available to advise and ensure your facility is fully prepared.
